Return & Refund Policy

At Muxi Jewelry , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send us an email at zhouy8098@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
